چکیده
BACKGROUND:
Spinal anesthesia is often the mode of in transurethral resection prostate (TURP) albeit with risk hypotension. However, hemodynamic derangement less pronounced saddle block. This study was conducted to compare mean fall Mean arterial Pressure (MAP) and Heart rate (HR) between modified block subarachnoid for TURP. OBJECTIVE: To MAP HR METHODS: In this randomized controlled trial 120 patients undergoing elective TURP were included divided into two groups. Group A Patients received B Baseline hemodynamics recorded before then at 5 minutes after anesthesia. All collected data entered SPSS version 22 analyzed. Quantitative like age, BMI, ASA-PS score, duration surgery baseline presented as means standard deviations. The pressure & heart compared among groups by independent t test P value < 0.05 considered statistically significant. RESULTS: 8.98±1.28 mmHg 3.13±0.68 (p<0.001) group B, respectively. 7.17±0.98 2.78±0.59 CONCLUSION: Modified resulted significantly decreased KEY WORDS: Saddle Block; Subarachnoid Arterial Pressure

Comparison between thulium laser resection of prostate and transurethral plasmakinetic resection of prostate or transurethral resection of prostate
Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) is one of the most common diseases in middle-aged and elderly men. In the present study, we aimed to compare the efficacy and safety of thulium laser resection of the prostate (TMLRP) with either transurethral plasmakinetic resection of the prostate (TUPKP) or transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP). A literature search was performed, eventually, 14 stu...

15 صفحه اولModified Linear Approximation for Assessment of Rigid Block Dynamics
This study proposes a new linear approximation for solving the dynamic response equations of a rocking rigid block. Linearization assumptions which have already been used by Hounser and other researchers cannot be valid for all rocking blocks with various slenderness ratios and dimensions; hence, developing new methods which can result in better approximation of governing equations while keepin...

متن کاملComparing Sexual Dysfunction Following Open Prostatectomy and Transurethral Resection of the Prostate
Background and purpose: Enlarged prostate places pressure on the urethra and causes urinary problems, the treatment of which is medication and surgery. The effect of transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP) on sexual function is still controversial in patients with benign prostate enlargement. This study aimed at comparing sexual function in patients with open prostatectomy and TURP befor...
